Paste the measurements

Copy the measurement block straight out of the echo report and paste it below. Labels are matched against the common vendor spellings, units are converted, and anything derivable (LV mass, RWT, E/e′, indexed volumes, RVSP, MVA) is calculated for you.

Patient context

Sex changes many of the normal ranges, so it is worth setting. Everything else is optional but sharpens the output.

Adds prosthesis function and paravalvular regurgitation to the objective read, and a dedicated post-TAVR view guide to the workflow.

Optional. With a model and size the read shows the expected values for that valve (2024 ASE appendix tables) and judges the EOA against them.

Grades the mitral inflow against prosthetic valve partitions instead of native rheumatic ones. A mean gradient of 4 mmHg is mitral stenosis in a native valve and normal in a prosthesis.

Each of these has its own 2025 LAP pathway (or, for HCM and restrictive cardiomyopathy, an indicator set reported beside the standard algorithm). Tick them and the app runs the right one. Severe MR: the 2025 exclusion is severe PRIMARY MR; moderate MR no longer excludes the standard algorithm.
